Want to find out what it’s like to participate in the Talent Programme? Have a read of this testimony written by 2022 Finalist and Winner Dr. Adriano Pilagatti
Participating in the 2022 euspen Talent Programme was a transformative experience for me. Beyond the technical challenge itself, it pushed me to develop my problem solving, communication and teamwork skills while working alongside talented researchers from different disciplines and backgrounds. The experience expanded my international network, introduced me to leading experts from industry and academia, and opened opportunities that continue to shape my career today through new collaborations, professional relationships and ongoing involvement with the wider euspen community.
What began as a participant experience evolved into an opportunity to contribute to the organisation and development of future Challenges, allowing me to support students and early-career researchers as they navigate the same exciting journey. I am proud to continue as Student Liaison for the 2027 Challenge, helping participants make the most of this unique opportunity, sharing insights from my own experience, and encouraging the next generation of innovators to challenge themselves, grow professionally and build lasting international connections.
Please read through my full statement, and view testimonials from a range of finalists and winners in the Talent Programme Testimonials page.
