The Structured and Freeform Surfaces 2022 laboratory tours will take place at the Centre for Precision Technologies (CPT) at the University of Huddersfield.

The CPT is the host of the UK Government funded EPSRC Future Metrology Hub. The technical tours will provide insight into the work being carried out by HUB researchers, the tour will include the following laboratories:

• Nanolab (Surface metrology and applications)
• Optical instrumentation lab
• Ultra-precision manufacturing lab
• Machine tool performance and metrology
• AM and XCT facilities (3MBIC)
