Networking Dinner


University of Strathclyde is a leading international technological University located in the heart of Glasgow, Scotland’s biggest city. Their commitment to useful learning guides their research, learning and teaching and the way they work with businesses and organisations.

The campus is based right in the very heart of Glasgow. National Geographic named Glasgow as one of its ‘Best of the World’ destinations, while Rough Guide readers have voted Glasgow the world’s friendliest city! They are in the city centre, next to the Merchant City, both of which are great locations for sightseeing, shopping and socialising.

Networking Dinner

The evening ‘networking dinner‘ will be held at the Corinthian Club, 191 Ingram Street, Merchant City, Glasgow City Centre, G1 1DA

Housed within one of Glasgow’s most impressive buildings the Corinthian Club prides itself on retaining many of its original features, and has previously won awards for its design and architecture. Built in 1842, it has previous served as the Glasgow & Ship Bank and subsequently the city’s judiciary courts, before being painstaking restored in 1999 to the impressive venue it is today. Featuring a 26 foot glass dome and some of the most intricate and elaborate plasterwork in the city, this is the perfect setting for our networking dinner.

Starter:  Hot Smoked Salmon
Capers, Citrus Crème Fraiche, Rye Crisps

 Main:  Braised Blade of Beef
(Served with Dauphinoise Potato, Honey & Thyme Roast Roots, Greens & Red Wine Jus)

 Dessert:  Glazed Lemon Tart
Clotted Cream & Berries
