Address: The Exhibition Hall is positioned on the ground floor inside the East Midlands Conference Centre. The room being used for the exhibition hall is the called the Banqueting Suite. Full address is University of Nottingham, East Midlands Conference Centre, University Park, Beeston Lane, Nottingham NG7 2RJ, UK.
Access: The exhibition hall is positioned on the ground floor. There is no fork-lift available however a pallet truck will be available on-site. There is good access to the exhibition hall from outdoors. Width of external shutter doors = 7ft. Floor-to-ceiling height is 4.18m.
Setting up and dismantling: Exhibitors may set up from 10:00am on Monday 30 May 2016 and are able to dismantle their booths after the final coffee break on Thursday 2 June 2016 at 16:15pm.
Deliveries: East Midlands Conference Centre is closed on Saturday 28 May and Sunday 29 May 2016. Deliveries of small (A4) size boxes will be accepted on Thursday 26 May or Friday 27 May 2016. Please ensure all boxed are clearly marked with “euspen conference, your company name and booth number.” to date.
Storage (pre-event): euspen has made arrangements for exhibitor materials to be stored at an external facility from Monday 16 May 2016. Goods will be stored securely and delivered to the East Midlands Conference Centre on Monday 30 May 2016. Storage fees including delivery are £75.00+VAT.
Storage (during event): there is on-site storage available for exhibitors to leave their empty boxes/cases during the event.
