Welcome Reception

On Monday 8th June from 19:30, there will be a Welcome Reception which is open to all our conference delegates.  The venue selected for this pre-conference, informal evening is The Globe of Science and Innovation at CERN.

The Globe of Science and Innovation is an emblem for CERN serving science and innovation. 27 meters high and 40 meters in diameter, it’s about the size of the dome of Saint Peter’s in Rome! A unique visual landmark by day and by night, the Globe of Science and Innovation is a symbol of Plant Earth. It is CERN’s outreach tool for its work in the fields of science, particle physics, leading edge technologies and their applications in everyday life.

We invite our delegates to join us with an opportunity to catch-up with old and new friends in this high profile venue.

Address:
The Globe of Science and Innovation
Route de Meyrin 385

Switzerland

Please note: For security reasons delegates will not be allowed access to the Globe until 19:30.  Delegates will be required to have their delegate badges with them.
