Travel to Hannover Congress Centre

Directions : You will find the parking garage at HCC on the west side of our building complex. Access is via Schackstraße. In your navigation device please enter the address of the Hannover Congress Centrum (Theodor-Heuss-Platz 1-3, 30175 Hannover) and follow the signs. Please note that the HCC and the parking garage at the HCC are located in the so-called “Umweltkreis” of Hannover, for which you need a green sticker on your car.

Parking spaces directly at the The Congress Hotel am Stadtpark Hotel are free of charge upon availability (54x garages, 47x parking lot, 30x parking in front of the hotel, and more on Clausewitzstraße as well as parking garage at the HCC, subject to charges). Possibility of loading of electric vehicles on request.

Welcome Reception

On Monday 29th May there will be a Welcome Reception which is open to all our conference delegates. This year the welcome drinks reception will be held at the Gasthaus Meyer barn within the grounds of Hannover Zoo. We invite our delegates to join us for drinks and a barbecue within the regional-style half-timbered house dating from 1669.

The zoo is a 10 minute walk from The Congress Hotel am Stadtpark and we will be welcoming delegates from 7pm until 9pm.

Networking Dinner

On Wednesday 31st May there will be a prestigious formal euspen Networking Dinner which will be held at the Hannover New City Hall. This spectacular building was built in 1913 and it is a magnificent, castle-like building of the era of Wilhelm II in eclectic style at the southern edge of the inner city. The building is embedded in the 10 hectare Maschpark.  Transport will be provided from the exhibition hall to the New City Hall with a welcome drink on arrival prior to a tour of the inner buildings architecture. There are limited spaces available for the four course meal, which will be held in the Der Gartensaal restaurant overlooking the gardens.

Prices are €80 per person which includes transport and drinks through-out the meal.
